Background:
Over 11 years I founded and operated multiple insurance agencies, consistently ranking in the Top 1% nationally. I hired and trained hundreds of people and learned — often the hard way — what separates consistent performance from constant firefighting.
Then I took that experience into enterprise.
At a 300+ location franchise network with $150M ARR, I built onboarding and training infrastructure from scratch, led cross-functional teams, and led full-network deployment of a proprietary CRM — driving measurable revenue impact through faster ramp and stronger operational consistency.
At a high-growth startup, I joined to build L&D and ended up owning Recruiting, Onboarding, and Client Care Ops as the company scaled from zero to $8M ARR in under two years.

How I Work:
